First, let me start with saying 'there are the most preferred types of aerobic exercises, and if you do these exercises each day, you will learn that you will actually be more healthy exercises that can be done to lose weight and regain your health are called Aerobics, because it simply means “with oxygen", to keep this short.

This form of exercise, aerobics, are usually performed at decent levels of intensity, and for

While doing aerobic exercises, your body breaks down the glycogen to use for its energy. If glycogen in the body is insufficient, your body start using fat reserves instead, which is what makes you lose weight. Oxygen plays a big part in this process. However, with aerobic exercises,

diseases and conditions. To name a few, diabetes, high blood
pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease, and intestinal
diseases are all dangerous for our total health. Don't get me
wrong here, these conditions can be prevented and easily treated
if you would just lose the extra weight.

Discussions with health providers, trainers or your doctor
about maintaining a healthy weight, in order to make the
best decisions for your body’s health is very important.
However you can learn from other resources for the help you
need to manage your weight.
